Mark Pillor is a regional sales director for NexPoint’s Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio region. Before joining the firm in June 2021, he was senior vice president at Griffin Capital Securities. He has experience in public and private real estate, capital market, and debt market investment vehicles across an array of chassis and liquidity profiles and brings over a decade of experience wholesaling in the independent broker dealer, RIA, and wire house channels. Mr. Pillor received a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State university; he holds FINRA Series 7, 63, life, and annuity licenses. |
Matt Goetz
Director, Real Estate
Mr. Goetz serves in numerous roles across the NexPoint platform. He has served as Senior VP-Investments and Asset Management of NexPoint Real Estate Finance (NYSE: NREF), as Senior VP-Investments and Asset Management of NexPoint Residential Trust (NYSE: NXRT) and is also a Director at NexPoint Real Estate Advisors and portfolio manager for NexPoint Real Estate Strategies Fund.
Brian Sanborn
Director, Real Estate
Mr. Sanborn is the Real Estate Client Portfolio Manager with Highland Capital Funds Distributor, Inc. In this capacity, he provides product and marketing support for the company’s line of Real Estate Investment Funds. Mr. Sanborn has extensive experience with marketing real estate products built to meet the demands of individual investors.

Mr. Good is the CEO and a member of the board of directors of NexPoint Storage Partners. Mr. Good lends his many years of real estate, legal, investment, and capital markets experience to the broader NexPoint platform in a senior advisory capacity. Mr. Good has been in the REIT and financial services industries for nearly three decades. Prior to joining NexPoint, Mr. Good was Chairman and CEO of Jernigan Capital, Inc., a NYSE-listed self-storage REIT.
